Ergonet Client Support Area

There are many different aspects to having an account with Ergonet.

Firstly, if you have a hosting package with us, we set up your domain with a MASTER username and MASTER password.

These details are the most sensitive to your account as they allow the user access to your hosting space via FTP (where your website is stored as pages) and also to your domain's Control Panel (commonly called cPanel). We should have supplied this MASTER information to you when we opened your account and set-up your domain - unless we took care of this for you, in which case we might have withheld this information at your request.

(EX-MOJOD CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE: Some account owners transferred from MojoD's server in Summer 2008 may not have this information at all. We can reset the password on request).
